With over four decades of experience, Aurora has built strong, lasting relationships with her customers across Alameda, Oakland, and the broader San Francisco Bay Area. Many of her customers have remained loyal throughout the years, a testament to her commitment and service.

Recognizing the importance of growing the team to better serve the community, Aurora welcomed her son-in-law Michael Malcolm to the agency several years ago. This year, we are pleased to introduce our newest team member, Shamina Baluyot, a State Farm agent with 12 years of experience.

Together, Aurora, Michael, and Shamina provide a comprehensive suite of insurance options, including auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, fire, and life insurance. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored advice to meet your individual needs.
