Aurora, a dedicated State Farm agent, operates her office in the scenic city of Alameda, California. With over four decades of experience, Aurora has built strong, lasting relationships with her customers across Alameda, Oakland, and the broader San Francisco Bay Area. Many of her customers have remained loyal throughout the years, a testament to her commitment and service.

Recognizing the importance of growing the team to better serve the community, Aurora welcomed her son-in-law Michael Malcolm to the agency several years ago. This year, we are pleased to introduce our newest team member, Shamina Baluyot, a State Farm agent with 12 years of experience.

Together, Aurora, Michael, and Shamina provide a comprehensive suite of insurance options, including auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, fire, and life insurance. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored advice to meet your individual needs.

Michael has worked in education, and most recently in the private aviation industry where he was responsible, among other things, for working with large aviation insurance companies to provide coverage for private corporate aircraft owners.
